Collazzone is a pleasant Umbrian Town sitted at the top of a hill at a height of 469m above sea level, halfway between Perugia and Todi, overlooking the central part of the Tiber Valley.
The area with its many forest of oaks, pines and olives, fresh air and beautiful vistas, is particular siutable for hosting holiday-makers and tourists, especially during the summer months.

Here lived two important religious:Blessed Simon (Collazzone 1208 – Spoleto 24 Aprile1250) e Jacopone da Todi, who died on Christmas Eve 1306 (where he refuged in the Convent of St Lorenzo).
